SHIPPING
We take care in providing you with the best service to ensure your item arrives safely and securely. We use UPS as our shipping method.
Domestic Shipping:
UPS Ground (NYC only)
UPS 2-3 Day Air
All items purchased outside the USA are generated by DHL services based on product weight. Upon receipt local custom duties and taxes may apply, which are not included in the price or shipping expenses. You may contact your local customs office for information regarding shipping from the USA to your country.
Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 2-4 weeks upon delivery from purchase date. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to your email placed with order. If you have any questions about shipping time please do not hesitate to contact info@meuchner.com with your inquiries.
DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. These fees will be collected prior to, or at the time of delivery Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
Should you refuse to pay customs upon delivery of your package, your order will be returned to our studio and you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your order, less shipping redeemable on meuchner.com
UK orders with a total value under £135.00 will have estimated VAT included in order total at checkout. This fee is an estimate and additional taxes may be owed at the time of delivery. UK Orders exceeding a value of £135.00 will owe taxes and duties at the time of delivery.
DELIVERY
To ensure a safe delivery of your order, all orders exceeding $1000 in value will require signature upon delivery.
All parcels are fully insured, however we are not responsible for any delays or loss in transit not covered by insurance.
We cannot guarantee reimbursement for stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. For claims regarding missing packages, please email us at info@meuchner.com within 60 days of placing your order.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Meuchner Inc., and will incur a reshipment fee.
RETURNS
Please consider that each item is handmade to order. For this reason all sales are final for items on meuchner.com, we ask you to please contact info@meuchner.com for any questions regarding an item before purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your item upon arrival and believe it to be damaged or defected you may contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at info@meuchner.com for review. We reserve the right to deny any request.
