Maintenance

All items purchased from Meuchner come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

During this period, all maintenance, such as cleaning and rethreading, along with labor repair costs, will be covered by Meuchner Inc. This does not include missing or damaged gemstones, which will need to be covered by the customer.

After the 6-month period, we still offer to clean and repair Meuchner pieces; however, there will be a fee to be covered by the customer.
